“Creating Your Best
Life: The Ultimate Life List Guide”
With a foreword from
Gary Latham, PhD, co-founder of Goal Setting Theory
This groundbreaking
book is the first to explain how the new science of Positive Psychology
intersects with goal-setting research to help people set and achieve life list
goals. Happy people have a strong sense of personal agency, and they tend to
set harder and more challenging goals, which gets them more of what they want
in life. Learn how to develop your own sense of self-efficacy, create powerful
mastery experiences, and use your environment to work for you and not against
you.
Michael Bungay
Stanier recently called "Creating Your Best Life" one of the top
three coaching books for busy managers.
Ms. Miller’s books
and work have been celebrated for two decades in publications ranging from The
New York Times and US News and World Report, to dozens of media outlets
including CNN, CBS and “The Montel Williams Show.”
