Please join the JFK Library Foundation’s New Frontier Network for its next New Frontier Fridays conversation, Answering the Call to Citizenship, with Brigadier General Jack Hammond (Ret.) tomorrow, June 26 at 12:30pm.
Brigadier General Jack Hammond (Ret.) is the Executive Director of Home Base, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Program. He recently oversaw the build-out and operations for the Boston Hope Medical Center, the largest field hospital in the state for COVID-19 positive patients. During this virtual conversation, he will reflect on President Kennedy’s call to service, share stories of how our community has come together during the COVID-19 crisis, and provide guidance for individuals to serve effectively in their own lives. Rachel Flor, Executive Director of the JFK Library Foundation, will introduce the program, and Alan Price, Director of the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, will moderate the conversation.
The John F. Kennedy Library Foundation’s New Frontier Network
The New Frontier Network brings together a diverse, cross-generational group of emerging leaders and philanthropists with no living memory of President Kennedy to advance his legacy and non-partisan ideals of civic engagement and public service through the work of the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation. Through the New Frontier Fridays conversation series, the JFK Library Foundation convenes public officials, business and non-profit leaders, scholars, and other thought leaders to reflect on and discuss the relevance of President Kennedy’s legacy for today’s times.
