On May 24, Vladimir Putin will meet with President of Macedonia Gjorge Ivanov who is arriving in Moscow on a working visit to receive the Patriarch Alexy II Award from the International Public Foundation for the Unity of Orthodox Christian Peoples.
It is expected that the two leaders will discuss issues pertaining to further development of bilateral cooperation. They will also exchange opinions on current regional issues and, primarily, on the situation in the Balkans.

The President will visit Paris on May 29 at the invitation of President of France Emmanuel Macron.
The two presidents will open an exhibition organised by the State Hermitage at the Grand Trianon at the Palace of Versailles. The exhibition is devoted to the 300th anniversary of Peter the Great’s visit to France, which laid the foundations for lasting ties between the two countries.
On the agenda at the talks between Mr Putin and Mr Macron will be the present and future outlook for Russian-French relations in political, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian areas.
The two presidents will also exchange views on current international and regional matters, particularly coordination of efforts to fight terrorism and settle the crises in Syria and Ukraine.
